Shipping Liability
GetExotics.com is not responsible for packages lost or stolen during transit via USPS or UPS. If you experience any delivery issues, we recommend reaching out to the shipping carrier directly for resolution.

At GetExotics.com, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of our products, we have a no returns or exchanges policy. Please read the following carefully before placing your order.


1. No Refunds or Returns

All sales are final. Due to the nature of the products we sell—THCa products—we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds. Once your order is placed and processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.


2. Order Accuracy

We encourage you to double-check your order before completing your purchase. If you notice an error in your order (e.g., shipping address), please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at [your email] so we can try to assist with corrections. Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes.


3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will ask for photographs of the damaged product and packaging. If the damage or defect is confirmed, we will either replace the item or issue a store credit for the purchase price.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for damaged items—only replacements or store credits.


4. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we recommend contacting us directly to discuss the issue. While we cannot guarantee an exchange, we will do our best to assist you.


5. Shipping Issues

If your order is lost or delayed during shipping, please contact the carrier (e.g., USPS, FedEx) for assistance. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by the shipping carrier. However, if you believe your package has been lost, please reach out to us and we will help track it as best we can.
